Our energetic frequency is naturally joyful and expansive, but we rarely hook into that state because we let our habituated way of thinking about things drive our natural frequency down. So we get stuck at lower energy levels and forget we’re these powerful positive forces of nature.
Reiki works on many levels such as the aura, physical body, emotions, and mental and spiritual states, bringing them into balance and promoting health, happiness, prosperity and long life.
I am a qualified Reiki Master Teacher/Practitioner and offer Life Force Energy sessions, a non-invasive complementary therapy.

Precious stones have been thought of as objects that can aid in healing by a variety of cultures.
